La Cocina de Jorge

La Cocina de Jorge is where I keep the recipes I cook for family and friends. It started in 2023 as a small Astro site at cocina.jorgeorejas.com, which I built to practice Astro.

In 2026 it moved into this website at /cocina, and the recipes now live in Notion, so I can add one from my phone. The new version adds:

• An ingredient checklist you can tick while you shop or cook.
• A servings scaler that recalculates the quantities.
• Cook mode, which keeps the screen on while you follow the steps.
• Tags with their own pages.

I’m not a professional chef, I just like to cook and share my recipes with my family & friends.
